Refund policy

Returns

It is important to us that you love your new Neighbor furniture. As such, we will accept return requests for undamaged and unaltered products within 45 days of your delivery date. Please reach out to us at support@hineighbor.com if you’d like to initiate a return.

For most assembled or partially assembled items, we will leverage our partnership with FloorFound to assist with the shipment of your return. For most unassembled or still in-box items, we will provide prepaid shipping labels and ask that you send the products back to us. We do not supply shipping boxes but are more than happy to help schedule a pick-up for you. Once your items are returned and inspected (within 48-72 hrs of delivery confirmation), we will issue you a refund. Depending on the condition of your items, your refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

We are not able to refund shipping any costs paid at checkout at this time in the event a return occurs. 

Refunds

Once your items are returned and inspected (within 48-72 hrs of delivery confirmation), we will issue you a refund. Depending on the condition of your items, your refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank. If you’ve been notified that your product is being refunded, and have not seen the funds on your initial form of payment within 5-7 business days, please reach out to us at support@hineighbor.com.

Exchanges

We treat exchanges the same as returns. Should you want to exchange your Neighbor furniture for something else, please initiate the request via email at support@hineighbor.com.

Damages

We stand behind our products, and should you experience anything that might be regarded as damage or manufacturing defects, we’ll make it right. Please contact us at support@hineighbor.com with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
